I found instructions on how to make your own paper tisue pom poms and I will definately make them for the upcoming baby shower.
And here are some ideas where and how they can be used.
You can make them different colours and sizes and also use them not only for the parties but also interior
decorating (like shown in the example below).

I have just made 10 of them which took be a few evenings after work. They look really really nice! i will post a photo when i am done with all of them:)
